For almost 40 years, God has been transforming lives through the ministry of Reciprocal Ministries International (RMI). Together, we have witnessed God's faithful hand in every chapter of our story. Now, we believe it’s time to take our next step. We are thrilled to introduce "VISION|NEXT," a campaign designed to help prepare RMI for an even greater season of impact throughout the US, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic.
The VISION|NEXT campaign exists to increase RMI’s capacity for life changing Gospel work in the United States, Haiti and the Dominican Republic. "VISION|NEXT" is more than just a campaign; it's our declaration of our unwavering commitment to the transformative power of the Gospel in the context of long-term cross-cultural church partnerships. We believe the Lord has charted this course. He has given us a bold vision for what is next.
Haiti: God is using RMI in Haiti to accomplish big things. God isn't finished with RMI's ministry in Haiti. Now, more than ever, we believe that our growing presence in the nation will be used by God for even greater things. We will restore and rebuild so that the Zanglais Ministry Center and our base of operations may continue to be centers of blessing and transformation. Zanglais will once again provide a space for God to work in the lives of team members as teams return to Haiti. Haiti faces dark days, but we refuse to back down. We’re planning for a bright future.
Dominican Republic: The Lord has expanded our horizons by leading us into the Dominican Republic. We are just getting started, but we are committed to establishing a long-term presence here. We believe in developing partnerships that transform lives. From these humble beginnings, we believe that God will bless our efforts as He has historically done in Haiti. We will contextually replicate what we have done in Haiti. We need to build a team, including both nationals and missionaries, while establishing the necessary infrastructure to support and facilitate long-term church partnerships.
Ezra Institute: Now is the time for us to lean more purposefully into training future leaders, using biblical principles, leadership development, and vocational training. We envision the Ezra Institute in both Haiti and the Dominican Republic. We see young leaders, equipped with biblical principles and practical skills, transforming their communities throughout the island of Hispaniola. The Ezra Institute will empower the next generation of leaders with the tools they need to lead in their local churches, workplaces, and communities.
